The barn and surrounding grounds are available for reservations from spring through fall—weather depending. Please inquire with us directly for availability.
Pricing
Our rates are subject to change and negotiable depending on the size or duration of the event being requested. However, our basic rates are below:
Weekend rates below consist of the space being available to you for set-up, event time, and takedown.
2025 Weekend Rate = $2,500.00
202 Weekend Rate = $3,500.00
Weekday Rate = Price negotiable; please contact us.

Depending on the size of your event, we have some tables and chairs available for your use; please inquire with us about this directly if needed.

We have ample space for event tent's to be set up, and there are nearby tent rental companies that will deliver and set up here for you. Tent rental is your responsibility unless prior agreements are discussed with us; however, we have had many tents set up on the lawn area and are happy to direct the rental company during their set up.

We do not have finished bathrooms on premise; Restrooms provided will be portable unless otherwise arranged with Anderson Barn. Please inquire with questions or to discuss options.

There is an area with a bar, lights, electricity, fans, etc. in the upstairs section of the barn; depending on the size of your event, this could be used as a dancefloor/reception area. Please inquire with us about this.
