Originally built in 1875

by C.X. Larrabee as a buggy-horse barn. Here, they raised Morgan horses that pulled two-person carriages during the 19th and 20th centuries. On the ground level, you can still see the original floorboards and stalls fit for mares and their foals. During this time, more than 1,000 horses passed through this barn.

A barn with nearly 150 years of stories

Anderson's purchase of the barn in 1930's.

Now, a historic centerpiece of what is recognized as the Ruby Dell Ranch, the barn has served as a monument in the community, bringing together friends, families, and good times ever since. The Ruby Dell is now a fourth-generation cattle ranch that has been owned and operated by the Anderson family for more than a century.
